Жаркое из свинины тушится на сковороде с клюквой. Мясо получается очень мягким, сочным и прямо тает во рту!
Свинина 650 г
Лук репчатый 1 шт (100 г)
Клюква 150 г
Горчица 1 ст л
Чеснок 3 зубчика
Вино белое сухое 50 мл
Бульон (можно взять просто воду) 200 мл
Специя травы прованса 1 ч л
Растительное масло для жарки
1 Свинину нарезать достаточно крупными кусочками и обжарить на сковороде с растительным маслом на сильном огне до румяной корочки. 2 Лук нарезать полукольцами, добавить к свинине. Убавить огонь до среднего и обжаривать минуты
3. 3 Добавить целые дольки чеснока и обжаривать минуту. 4 Влить вино и выпарить его полностью. Добавить бульон. 5 Добавить клюкву, горчицу, специи и соль. Перемешать и тушить на медленном огне под крышкой 60 минут. 6 Подавать свинину с любимым гарниром (отлично с картофелем) и зеленью. Готово!)
Мясо получается очень мягким, сочным и прямо тает во рту!
